Naším cieľom je mať minimálne 7 % zamestnancov s postihnutím. Zákon hovorí, že musíme merať plnenie tohto nášho cieľa. Ak chceme tento cieľ dosiahnuť, musíme sa uchádzačov a kandidátov pýtať, či majú alebo niekedy mali postihnutie. Ľudia sa môžu stať postihnutými, preto sa musíme pýtať túto otázku minimálne raz za päť rokov.

Ako zistím, či mám postihnutie?
Postihnutie je stav, ktorý výrazne obmedzuje jednu alebo viacero z vašich “zásadných životných aktivít.” Ak máte alebo ste mali takýto stav, ste osobou s postihnutím. Niekoľko príkladov postihnutia:
